    But what about our gym trainers who advice us to go for supplements. I have been reading reviews on supplements so that i can know what's good for me. But yes under doctors prescription.

    I will post it again. You are not allowed supplements of any kind while undertaking phase one training at HMS Raleigh!

    protein drinks don't put weight on you, protein drinks are used to feed the muscle after a weight workout nothing more.
