    There will be somebody holding your feet yes. You won't be tested on pressups and situps on your PJFT though. They are only included on the PRNC and at phase 1 Raleigh.

    Sit ups and press ups are being brought in for a number of establishments as a trial. They will not count towards the pass / fail of the RNFT but will be recorded (I assume to inform the work on what the grades should be). There are diagrams of the exercises in the recent RNTM for those who can access it. As stated above, feet are held.
