Oh, and it's Sir.
Opinions stated are those of a Service Medical Officer acting in good faith and a personal capacity.
Opinions stated are not necessarily those of the Royal Navy or HM Government.

Well I can spell it, but I can also make a mistake and you should see some of my other mistakes. One time I was writing a report on cytochrome p450 inhibitors and I mis-spelled sulfaphenazole 5 different ways!
Anyhow I am most definitely not attempting to mess with you, Sir. (see I did get it right the first time, damn Flymo). Just trying to be helpful.
Now I need to go drink some more water I think.

Depends on what you mean by losing weight just with running;if you clack lager, pizzas, ice cream and chocolate then the benefits of any aerobic exercise you do will be minimised. That said, if you combine sensible diet with moderate exercise you should begin to see a difference within a few weeks. Got to bear in mind though, that it depends how much exercise you do and what you eat (and also how much you eat!!).
The old adage of "calories in, calories out" holds true evermore, methinks!!!
