My wife and I own a holiday cottage in Mullion. We go there, perhaps ,twice a year. Our grandchildren invade it otherwise.We have all noticed that a Commodore appears to be in charge from time to time.What determines this?Up until twenty years ago it was a Captain in command. Now a Commodore springs up from time to time.

It varies quite regularly from a commander to a Captain, just depends on who they deem most suitable I would guess
