Father was signalman in WWII ...

My father was a signalman during WWII according his one-piece canvas naval record. I assume that there was an insignia for the signalman rate, but I am unable to find a graphic for one. Can anyone guide me to a site that displays one?

No.20 on that chart has it, plus stars or crown if he was rated up.

A 'bunting tosser (as opposed to a 'sparker').
Edmund Burke: 'Wars may be deferred .. but they cannot be wholly avoided .. to purchase present quiet, at the price of future security, is .. a cowardice of the most base and degrading nature."

Nelson: "You should hate a Frenchman as you do the devil".
