What exactly is involved with sacking the skipper?
Is it out of the RN for good(ie dismissed), or was he just sacked from his job on the flotilla (back into the pool awaiting assignment)?

Achilles/Bacchante were the last ships I served on...
Blimey! They've done well to last this long, given the state of them then!
Months spent in Gib on some kind of refit, swapping ships thing. Put me off the place for life.

    This is difference made legal.

On the other hand a just law is a code that a majority compels a minority to follow that it is willing to follow itself.

I was on the Norfolk for her last trip to Chille.

    RO1(T) Dave Simnett

We was there when the argies invaded the falklands. Was the nearest warship for a 1000 miles.

Only had skeleton crew , not even any chaff onboard.

The masterplan from whitehall was that we sail around the corner and they would all run away.

Shame they didn't think about the exocet missiles up around Stanley which would have blown us to bits.!!!!!!!!!

What are Diplomatic Privileges as they apply to serving officers and ratings?

DA Cairo is a Captain Paul Collins (in the news at the moment) but he isn't Paul A J Collins. In your rush to vent your bitter, twisted, jealous spleen, you appear to have erred.

Have I just bitten as I couldn't see these ships. Others yes, but not these four tied up.
