Theres something not right here. When the last mil Flypast went over London they Barred the Harriers as they were single engine. So how the Swordfish is getting to fly?
Political correctness is a doctrine, fostered by a delusional, illogical minority, and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a
    turd by the clean end."

As the BBMF and the Red Arrows have overflown Buck House on numerous occasions, I think the single engine excuse is a little flawed.....

The Nazi's had numerous attempt's at hitting the Palace during the war, after countless attempt's they wing'd it. Jack or the Crabs haven't a hope in hell of hitting it in a one off attempt. All is safe.

Didn't London allow a WWII bomber (Heinkel? )to fly overhead a couple of years ago?

Wonder how Berlin would like a Lancaster to do the same .. probably not ..
