I think its a case of letting those who have done wrong and broken the laws of a civilised society to give back something. Surely let a murderer clear minefields than a guy who has wife and children at home ?

The idea is great, 1 major flaw though... the European law of human rights....but that should be scrapped as far as I am concerned. I am English, Others arte Scottish, Welsh Irish. I do not consider myself as a nameless faceless souless European...

I know some folks will disagree about Euopean laws, but we should rule our own country anmd make its laws should we not? I am not xenophobic by any means, but I dislike the way the Europhiles have eroded our great country to a 3rd world power where we can't make our own decisions...
