I question the theory that gunpowder mixed with rum is good for a fever. Personally, i'll take some paracetamol and get my head down for a day or two.

It takes either a personal experience whilst stone cold sober or a vivid imagination to believe in Ghosts.
Even more so to believe that they have, own, or control things.

I live in 500 year old house that has been party to three murders, a duel - after which the room was sealed to 'contain the evil' and a mad Earl keeping his dead missus in a glass coffin in his bedroom.
If ever there was a house that had an excuse to be haunted, it is this.
As yet, I've experienced nothing whatsoever to suggest any existence of ghosts here, I heard footsteps upstairs once, but it turned out to be the cat.
So in answer to your question, no.One cannot begin to fathom the immensity of the fuck I do not give.
