I'm not having a go, but we waste an awful lot of time on people that either don't submit the information requested in either a legible or timely manner or change their contact details without letting us know.
I'm sure, once joined you, as a US Marine got punished collectively for an individual's mistake in training.

forgot to look at it from the recruiters' point of view.
lol of course we got punished for others mistakes - got beasted (as you guys call it) for 3 hrs after rifle training because three guys failed to qualify, for example.It is not the critic who counts; not the man who points out how the strong man stumbles, or where the doer of deeds could have done them better. hey thats outside the military purview - i'm still getting blamed for my bachelor party.

As much as I love a good bevvy (In my defence Im Jockanese), I was never the one to sit in the local pub getting pished, with the same faces from Friday to Sunday every week.
I was never hooked on Playstation's, X Box, paintballing or hanging around with all the boy racer types. What I did love though was running, hillwalking in the Scottish Hills and Mountains, camping and generally keeping fit. I also crave the challenge of pushing my body to its limits and beyond, where others would quit.
That was quite serious for 5 to midnight on a Wednesday!!

Cheers for that mate. To be honest since I started to post on RR, the Booties (Past and Present) have been outstanding!!! Always offering good advice, encouragement and words of wisdom which for people like me, is very much appreciated and earms my total resepct!!
