I may have mentioned this in the past but I have a copy that I bought some time ago. It cost me a tidy sum; knowing it is as rare as rocking horse shit I looked upon it as an investment as well as wishing to own a copy.

19-04-12, 11:26 #37Not sure how much good this will do, but if you go to Amazon and look for a copy of the book, it allows you to express a desire to read this book on Kindle, if enough people click the link then Amazon might just chase up the publishers (HarperCollins now own the rights I believe)
