    ipad

I did a quick search and couldn't find any results.

So off I trot to see my dear old mum today. Card, bunch of flowers, box of chocolates and some wee gift box from Mrs wits. She then surprises me by giving me one of these new fandangled iPad's. My mums ace!

They have never really interested me before, but on first impressions they look the dogs bollocks. My not so well laptop is now looking at a life of hard porn. Anyone got one and wants to spill the beans on this app malarky and what these things can do?

Does this mean I'm one of those apple freaks now?

    Fraid so!!!

Wifey has one, don't know too much about them as I just plug it into my Mac and it just 'happens'.

It's definitely a 'let your fingers do the walking' machine.

Bugger, I was afraid that might happen. I'm now offically an apple geek.

I did fire up a cheeky wee dance tune and bopped around the house annoying everyone more than normal.

Best thing is to toddle across to the apple site and click on iPad and go to the Apps bit. Check out the free apps.

I lied actually when I said I just plug her iPad into my mac. It's all done by magic. Apple call it iCloud but it's plain witchcraft!!

I was given a wi-fi/G3 iPad2 for Christmas and it still blows me away with its quality, utilty and versatility.

    scouse and Waspie like this.
Give a man a fish and he'll feed his family for a day,
teach a man to fish and he'll sit round on a boat all day drinking beer.

Try it in 3D, not only do you see it going in but coming out the other side.
