I am due my 5 year bonus in 4 months however I am debating handing my notice in. If I claim the 5 year bonus can I hand my notice in the following day? As I assume the years notice I serve will count as the one years return of service for my bonus or will I have to wait a year to then hand my notice in, therefore serving 2 years from collecting the 5 year bonus? I have been told conflicting info from various writers and colleagues. Any help is appreciated.
